How It Works

Nope! I'm an independent travel advisor who sells Disney products alongside my planning services. Disney does pay me a commission based on your trip, but anything beyond the booking itself isn't covered by them and that's where my planning fees come in.

When you work with me, you're getting concierge level service. I'm here to make sure you're using your time wisely, both before your trip and while you're there. I'll answer your questions, sit on hold on your behalf, and actually listen to what you want. Your planning fees cover my experience and expertise so you're not spending your free time googling, you're spending it making memories.

No. The trip itself costs the same either way. The difference is what comes with it. When you book on your own, there's no one in your corner answering questions or watching for promotions that could lower your price, and if you do find a deal, you're the one sitting on hold to get it applied. When you book with me, you make the decisions and I handle everything else.

Yes. My planning fees start at $350 for Walt Disney World, $250 for Disneyland, and $150 for cruises and other destinations.

The fee covers everything beyond the booking itself: the research, the experience, and the know-how it takes to plan the best trip for you. I don't book your trip and disappear. I'm with you from our first phone call until after you're back home.

Not at all! I work with clients all over the United States.

The moment you start dreaming about a vacation is the perfect time to start, even if the trip is a few years away. Especially for Disney, that lead time means we're ready to grab exactly what you want as soon as booking windows open. For international travel, I recommend starting 9 to 12 months ahead.

You get excited, because the magic has just started! Come to the call with whatever you know so far, even if it's just a big idea and no dates. After we talk, I'll get to work on quotes so we can start mapping out what your vacation looks like.

Yes! If your reservation is still within the window to be transferred to me, I'll take care of moving it over. If it's outside that window, I can still help, but my planning fee will be higher.

I don't book flights, but I'm happy to help you find the best options. Here's why: while I never expect anything to go wrong, if something comes up with your flight, you'll get help much faster by dealing with the airline directly than by going through me.

It depends on the change and the timing. That said, we are subject to the supplier's change and cancellation policies, so the sooner you reach out the better. If something comes up, just shoot me an email and we'll figure it out together.

While I never anticipate anything going wrong, please have the peace of mind knowing I'm just a call or text away.
